Need Bread Recipe

My son (9 yrs. old) was just diagnosed with Celiac last week. He also has sensitivity to dairy and soy. Does anyone have a bread recipe (kid friendly!) that is gluten-free, diary-free and soy-free?

I've read that about 50% of people with celiac disease are lactose intolerant, but that it goes away after implementing the gluten-free diet. That was the case for my son who was lactose intolerant. After being on the gluten-free diet a couple of years, his lactose intolerance went away. He can eat any dairy he wants now and it doesn't bother him.
