One of Man's Engineering wonders!  On almost everyone's Bucket List and with
good reason.  Passing through the Panama Canal is a magnificent experience to
pass through the locks, a one-of-a-kind experience to be inside as the ship is
raised and lowered.

Embarking from Fort Lauderdale (we'll disembark there too) with great Ports of
Call in the Southern Caribbean - Half Moon Cay with one of the best beaches
we've ever seen in the Caribbean; Columbia; Colon; and, Costa Rica.  All these
places to see, experience and enjoy while we cruise aboard Holland America's
luxurious m/s Zuiderdam.  

As on all Bob & Ruth's Gluten-free Getaways you will be wined and dined in
elegance from a special designed Gluten-free menu identical as to the number
of selections as the others on the regular Glutonian menu offered.

Special items will be prepared by the chefs just for those in our group on the
Gluten-free diet.  Breakfast we'll have bagel, pancakes, french toast, muffins and
more.  Lunch may bring pizza, meatballs and spaghetti, fried chicken or wings,
hamburgers with buns, french fries, and more.  Dinner will offer us a plethora of
options to put a smile on your faces.  Soups, Culinary delights with sauces and
gravies.  Each evening we'll have a different baked cake or pie for dessert.

And don't forget the High Tea each afternoon with Gluten-free offering of course.
On our last evening on board we'll have our private Cocktail Party with Hot and
cold Hor Dourves in the Crows Nest.

Instead of each meal being the dreaded, stressful part of your vacation and you
feeling like a sore thumb and embarrassed - you will feel like royalty.  Food will
be the highlight of the cruise - not the pain in the butt that it usually is on most,
if not all your other vacations.
