----- San Bernardino, CA - Gluten-Free Camp

Camp Details

At CDF Camp Gluten-Free™, campers, age 7-17, enjoy sports, swimming, arts and high adventure in a strictly gluten-free environment. Camp is held at Camp Nawakwa Campfire USA, located in the beautiful Barton Flats Area of the San Bernardino Mountains in CA and accredited by American Camping Association. Donations from CDF Team Gluten-Free™, individuals, foundations and corporations reduce camp fees and provide camperships for children in need. Make a donation to support CDF Camp Gluten-Free™.

Mentorship Program

The Mentorship Program gives young adults, age 18-22, with celiac disease or gluten-sensitivity, enriching leadership and camp counselor experience. Mentors attend training the weekend prior to camp (July 13-14) and then are assigned to a cabin to live with younger campers for the remainder of the week. In this fun and life-changing experience, Mentors help Campers develop confidence and independence in living gluten-free.

We want to make sure you are getting ready for CDF Camp Gluten-Free 2013! Registration will open January 22nd at www.celiac.org.

Join us as we experience one of the worlds greatest natural happenings - the
Mass Migration across the Serengeti. You have seen it on Animal Kingdom on
TV, but to see it and be in the middle of it for real - as we have done on one
of our previous Safaris - it is a surreal experience never to be forgotten.

We'll see Africa's "Big 5" as we safari over the Serengeti and the Masai Mara in
our pop-top safari vans with experienced trackers.

We'll stay in deluxe accommodations and, of course, all gluten-free meals each

Even though this is our 6th Safari in Africa each of them were unique and
unforgettable. Each time you go out on Safari you have no idea what you'll
see and that make the journey worth it - it is truly an adventure. It never gets
old !

Check out the complete itinerary and all the other details including costs:

There are only a limited number of reservations available, so make yours as
soon as you can - so that you can check it off of your Bucket list. If you have
any questions just give us a call at 410-939-3218.
