[center]The NWA CSA Support Group meetings the third Saturday of the month. The meeting starts at 10am and is held at the new Mercy Hospital (St. Mary's). The hospital is located at the exit off of 540 which is the same location as the Pinnacle Hills Promenade Mall.

The next meeting of Alamo Celiac, GIGŪ in Austin is scheduled for 7 pm on October 21st at Faith Lutheran Church 6600 Woodrow Ave. Our speaker for the evening is Dr. Jonci Jensen. Dr. Jensen is a naturopath doctor and in her practice she advises on living a more healthful lifestyle and chronic conditions including autoimmune conditions, digestive disorders, allergies, weight loss, and mental illness Please bring a gluten free snack to share. It is important that included with each snack is a listing of ingredients. Some of our members need to avoid more than just gluten. If the recipe is either original or has been changed at least 3 times, please bring the recipe. We can publish these recipes in the recipe exchange section of our monthly newsletter.
