Eugene, OR Gluten Intolerance Group meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 6:30-8:30 pm at the clubhouse at 1800 Lakewood Court, Eugene, OR
On October 8th, Mary Findley, nationally recognized green cleaning expert and author of "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Green Cleaning, will share information on the role toxic chemicals have on our health and why it's especially important for Celiacs to avoid their use. She'll identify the worst offenders and the health issues they cause. Then she'll walk you through an easy step by step process to eliminate these toxins and replace them with earth friendly alternatives including ones you can make at home. Bring your questions and join Mary for a greener and healthier tomorrow.
Mike Nesbitt, from Papa's Pizza, will also be at our meeting. He will describe how they make their gluten-free pizza and will answer any questions. He will be bringing pizza for us to sample.
