Eugene, OR Gluten Intolerance Group meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month. Our next meeting is Thursday, November 12th from 6:30-8:30 pm at the clubhouse at 1800 Lakewood Court, Eugene, OR. Cain Credicott from Fit Insurance, LLC will share information on the pilot program he working on with GIG national to help make it easier for people with celiac to get individual health insurance. He will cover how Celiac Disease is viewed by Oregon’s seven largest health insurance carriers and which of those carriers you should apply to and which you should not. He will also discuss what options you have if you are denied coverage. Steve Smothers (Little Stevies Seasonings) will also give a short presentation.
