I know Bicaridi rums are safe, DiSorrono (sp?, amaretto), Makers Mark whiskey, Jose Cuervo. My mind is drawing a blank. What is your favorite alcohol? Go from there, and find out if it is safe.

The distilation process does not allow the gluten particles to pass through. Which is why quite a few alcohols are safe.

It would say "malted beverage" or something of the like on the bottle. All of their wine based coolers are gluten-free, the malt flavored ones aren't.
