Celiac Disease and Gluten-Free Forum

I was recently diagnosed with Celiac and now must contend with a major change in my eating habits. God knows I have a terrible diet. I love junk food....chocolate, chips, pastry....and also love pasta and cream sauces....meatloaf has been one of my mainstays. One of the few things I can cook and know it will be good! ha ha... now all that must change. So.... I am here to hopefully get help coping with this disease. I was tested for Celiac primarily because my sister was just diagnosed with Celiac, and since it is hereditary, I decided to have myself tested and....well....here I am! Now to get my brother to be tested. So, in ending I will say 'HELLO' to all my fellow Celiac friends.
