We are traveling to Las Vegas and would APPRECIATE any help in finding restaurants with gluten free menus. Thanks all!

I have to tell you the only time I personally have eaten out was in the Hard Rock Hotel, there is a restraunt called the Pink Taco. The chef was incredible. I explained my fear of cross contamination and he made me the most incredible gluten-free chicken/mexican style dinner Ive ever eaten. The entire wait staff was incredible. (I cannot remember the name of the plate I had but it was the paper thin cut chicken dinner). Hope this helps.. I also ordered room service at the same hotel and explained the same concerns and when the waiter came up he let me know he was having a different plate made for me due to the fact that he wasnt sure a roll didnt touch my plate. He was having my meal re-perpared and once again I had no problem.

Thank you for your reply! I am starting to get nervous for my family. We going with family to visit extended family over the holidays. We will be staying in a hotel, eating out all meals, including the Holiday dinner, and we are not familar with Las Vegas. We will check out the Hard Rock Hotel. Thank you so much.

Do think eating at a Breakfast Buffet, like Paris, is out of the question?

I hope you and your family had a great trip to Las Vegas.....I am going there this weekend and was wondering if you (or anyone else!) could offer some suggestions for eating out on the strip? I will surely check out the hard rock hotel....

Niros at Ceasar's Palace had gluten-free food.

We were just in Vegas & had the BEST meal at Mesa Grill in Ceasar's Palace. We were able to order appetizer, entree AND dessert, right off the menu.

They understood gluten free & cross-contamination.

I highly recommend eating there!

      Enlarged lymph nodes in neck and groin with celiac are not uncommon. They can take time to reduce even after going gluten-free. Monitoring is key.

      Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep searching for a cause?

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.
