lclrml added a topic in Celiac Disease - Post Diagnosis, Recovery/Treatment(s)DetoxHello,
I have been gluten-free and Dairy free since Tuesday afternoon - I know it is not a huge time to see any improvement - except it is good that I can get thru the day with out snacking and sugar that elevated my insulin.
Im still really bloated and this am I woke up with the wierdest stomach ache, It was basically that - an ache. No gas, etc...
Im also getting headaches and feeling really weak. I have read elswhere that this is your bodys way of starting to eliminate toxins.
Has anyone else felt like this when they first started? I was a major sugar adict so im sure I have lots of toxins to eliminate.
