  1. Aren't dark chocolate milky ways gluten free? I thought so but have been too scared to try. The info should be available somewhere, though. I would avoid them though, personally. Regular Snicker's are gluten free, I eat them with no problem. Not the same as a milky way, but...something, anyway.
  2. To the original poster...don't feel bad about being paranoid. That's how one has to be if they wanna stay gluten-free! I'm definitely on the paranoid side with this diet too.   3. Thanks again! I was just on winter break, and my mom and I did a lot of researching about the gluten-free thing. (Books, lists, calling companies, etc ...). I gave in and started the diet January 8th...so, no turning back now! Lol. I'm ready for things to get better for me though, so.   5. Hmm...no lol, I haven't. If that was the case (it being one of those), I wouldn't even know which one to randomly start with! I suppose that's the point of keeping one of those food diaries? That might be a good place to start...

I guess my first and main question is, I notice that once people become gluten-free, their tolerance for ANY gluten becomes a lot worse. Meaning, a lot more susceptible to horrible random attacks if one makes a minor slip-up, worse than perhaps...
