  1. sorry, but I have other data. rye flour (not whole grain) has 0.7g fructose in 100g. rice, buckwheat flour, wheat flour and barley have only 0.1g per 100g. foods with high fructose content are of course fruits, veggies, sugar (sweets), honey and processed foods. it's no wonder that people diagnosed with IBS have a malabsorption problem or are celiac, since...
