This is the first time that I am going camping since being dx with celiac disease. I was wondering if anyone has a recipe for funnel cake. We have always had this when camping and it will be very difficult to watch everyone else eat my favorite dessert and not be able to have any.

I talked to a representative from there and for their hamburgers just order the protein burger (it's what they call it when not having the bun) they couldn't guarentee the sauce in case they happen to change it so just order it without the sauce and use thier Heinz ketchup.
They only thing they are allowed to fry in the fryer is the french fries so the fries are fine.
