  1. Hi Loraleena, Nope, not yet, but I'm dying to. My boyfriend's boss' daughter has gluten problems, so they've gotten to know a bunch of gluten-free places in the valley, and he mentioned this place. BTW, I updated my blog, and did you know that India House on State st in Northampton is almost all gluten free (minus the bread of course)! The owner, Elka, is gluten and dairy intolerant, and is sooo helpful. SHe said that they'd always been gluten free, and then she got diagnosed, and now she totally sympathizes with the customers with food intolerances. Let me know if you try it out!
  2. I found another gluten free pizza place in western mass! If you click on their menu link on the page below, it will open up a pdf. It says "gluten free small only add $2.00." They do have regular, also. tags: western mass, massachusetts 413 01060 amherst northampton springfield ma

Hi Loraleena, We would be co-contributors to a blog. You would do it all online. It would be very informal. You can write about being gluten-free in the valley, reviews etc. I was hoping to make it a sort of resource for folks in the valley with celiac and gluten intolerance. Really, though, I'm open to anything. I just noticed quite a few western mass folks on the gluten-free boards, and I know there are a bunch in the valley.

wow that's amazing. I'm going to have to check it out. I'm not celiac, but gluten intolerant. I have a blog started called with zero entries. I'm wondering if anyone is interested in doing it as a group blog (very easy to set up). I have bad rsi (repetitive strain injury) so typing is painful. Carrie
