  1. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  2. i really enjoy music. sometimes i try to draw, just to make myself laugh. i'm in band and choir at school... so thats pretty much my hobbies. i used to play sports until i got sick with celiac, so now music is pretty much all i do.
  3. That sound like a lot of work and preparation. I will have to consider it sometime if I travel.
  4. i wil hav 2 try that tapioca bread
  5. My e-mail is i will definitely check it
  6. I dunno maybe ur rite bout the fact that u get used 2 it Lizzie. i still dont realy like gluten-free bread. but there r things that i hav gotten used 2.
  7. I dont think it is a bad thing that u havent had gluten. i've only had celiac for about a year and it is hard to let go of the gluten. A lot of gluten free food isn't too bad, but i actually wish i hadnt tried food with gluten before getting diagnosed it would have been easier, but now i could care less about the things i used to miss. we found some flour that is gluten free, but is just like wheat flour that can be substituted in regular recipes to make homemade cookies, cakes, quickbreads such as banana bread, etc. it works great. its i think one of the closest things you can get to seeing what a regular chocolate chip cookie tastes like. Even your friends wouldn't know it was gluten free. mine didnt
  8. Lizzie i dont no if i agree that it is easier 2 give up gluten after having eaten it. once u no wut it tastes like, then u cant forget. i think it would be easier if i had been eating gluten free since i was really little.
  9. I was diagnosed when i was 14. That was about a year ago. i wish i would have found this site sooner. after a year i have learned a lot and it would have been easier if i had found the site.
  10. I'm a real teen 2 and i agree with Kassie and Lizzie. Its cool if older people want to hang out in the teen section. 23 is just out of the teens.
  11. Hey ive had celiac for about a year. i no peeple who have had it a long time i just dont no many teens w/ celiac. how long have u guys had celiac?
  12. i no how u feel. i've had celiac for about a year. @ 1st i didnt want 2 eat the diet bcuz i new wut food w/ gluten in it tastes like & some gluten free stuf is grosss!!! wen i c sum1 has a pizza or a cinamon roll or even a pb&j sandwich i just wunt 2 go take a BIG bite out of it. its horible!!!
  13. Hey I'm a girl. 15 almost 16. I'm new 2 the site and I've had Celiac for about a year. How many of u guys have friends or know people in your towns w/ Celiac?
  14. Hey, I'm from the middle of Nebraska. I'm 15 and the whole farm kids drive when they're 14 thing is true here. I have been driving for 1 1/2 years legally. (Well only to school and back). I know a couple people with Celiac around here, but one of them is like 50 somethin and the other is in college and I've only talked to her once or twice. I would love to talk to you guys more over e-mail. My address is!
