  1. Ok something that is on my happy help list acupuncture it sound painful but it has not been for me. I have been doing it for more than a year. It is better than what my MD was doing for the sickness that would come up for days. I have seizures from my celiacs it took the nuts 30 years to find it! Oh well that is the past on with the rest of my life at least now I know!!! I have not had a seizure in a year!!! I read everything before I put it near me. You may need to watch out for shampoos they will get you they don't use the word wheat, call them before you buy. And lotions don't use the word they are a watch for to. I think you already know that. I just get to going. I don't want anybody to go through what I have. Just to do womething as simple as live.
