  1. Yeah I am happy. The strawberry chantilly tastes like cake. I can't get enough of the yogurt now.
  2. Hi Everyone, I asked Yoplait my question about their Desert Selections such as Rasberry Crumble and for anyone who is interested, this was the response: Dear Consumer: We acknowledge receipt of your question concerning gluten, namely our Yoplait Source Dessert Selection yogurt, and would like to thank you for taking the time to contact us. Please be advised that we carefully analyze all of our ingredients (presence of wheat, rye, barley, triticale, spelt, oats and malt) to ensure they do not contain gluten. The only Yoplait product containing gluten is our Yoplait Source Muesli Selection yogurt. This product is constituted of two separate components, which are a 130g yogurt container, manufactured and tightly sealed in our production plant, topped with a dome of crunchy cereals, sealed properly and provided by an independent supplier. The yogurt containers and dome of cereals are delivered in other premises for assembly purposes. Therefore, we can assure you that there are no cross-contamination risks with any other Yoplait products which can therefore be safely consumed by people with celiac disease.Consumer satisfaction is always high on our list of priorities. Thank you for your interest and be assured that Yoplait is continuously working to be the first to offer consumers innovative products of the highest quality. Sincerely, Consumer Service YOPLAIT
  3. Does anyone know if the new Dessert Selctions are gluten free like the strawberry chantilly and the raspberry crumble? Has anyone tried them? It does not indicate any gluten sources in the ingredients so I am guessing that it is gluten-free if they have said that they clearing identify gluten.
  4. Thanks for the replies. I've had the gluten free pizza at Boston Pizza many times and was happy with their handling process and I have never got sick. And I will react to small amounts of contamination. I only had one bad experience at Boston Pizza when the waitress didn't hear that I ordered a gluten free and brought me a regular pizza. They were apologetic and made a gluten free pizza. I agree that a dedicated oven is a lot to expect. Regarding Pizza Delight, I really wanted to try their pizza and I expected a similar procedure to Boston Pizza. Maybe the lady I spoke to didn't know or didn't know how to explain their handling process, but she said that the gluten free pizza's were prepared in the same area as the others with no mention of a cleaned area or cleaned utensils. That concerns me, but maybe the lady I spoke to just didn't know?
  5. So I went into Pizza Delight and asked about the preparation of the gluten free pizza in the kitchen. They said that they don't use a separate area and they use the same oven.
  6. Just wondering what your opinions were on the Pizza Delight gluten free pizza? Anyone ask about cross contamination issues in the kitchen?
  7. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  8. Chocolate: http://www.veganessentials.com/catalog/tro...colate-bars.htm http://www.worldpantry.com/cgi-bin/ncommer...;prrfnbr=457241 I've found these bars in health food stores. Ice cream: http://www.sogoodbeverage.com/desserts_vanilla.cfm http://www.sogoodbeverage.com/desserts_chocolate.cfm I've found this ice cream in regualr grocery stores. It's good!
  9. Wow, I am so excited now! I will have to go there!
  10. I eat Old El Paso tortillias with no problem and I can get them at the local grocery store.
  11. Amy's tomato pasta sauces are the suspect for me- too scared to try them again. I don't think I have seen the pasta sauces in stores. I am just so tempted to eat Amy's sometimes...
  12. Chickpeas and Rice Wonderful as a side dish or a yummy fantastic treat! 2-3 tablespoons olive oil (or your favorite) 1 onion, diced 1 can plain chickpeas 1.5-2 cups of basmatti rice 3.5-4 cups of water cumin to tatse (1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon) gluten-free soy sauce (VH) Cook onion and oil in a pot until onion is browned. Place water in the same pot with the onion and oil. Bring water to a boil. Add rice, chickpeas, and cumin. Turn the temperature down to a simmer and let the rice cook as usual. Serve with gluten-free soy sauce when the rice is done.
  13. Thanks, I know how frustrating the gluten-free and casein free diet can be so I decided to start making and collecting recipes. I'd like to make a recipe book someday.
  14. Amy's really sounds like it is hit or miss. I guess I have been lucky eating their frozen dinners.
  15. Thanks for all your replies, I appreciate it I never reacted to Amy's shepard's pie or the enchilada thingy, but I am pretty sure I had some sort of reaction to their soups and chili
