  1. Gluten Free Dining In Nyc

Sounds good in NYC. How about when traveling to Europe. We are going to see our daughter in France and then traveling to Ireland. Any hints on how to travel with Celiac's. What a nuisance. Carole
  2. Actually I have a very important question for anyone who has had the experience of traveling abroad with Celiacs disease. My husband and I are traveling to Europe in the spring to see our daugher and her husband. What do you suggest I do about eating? Communications may be a problem. And what about the flight? I am very anxious about the food. I certainly don't want to feel badly as we travel about the country. I have done very well since my diagnosis 2 years ago and don't mind watching everyone eat bread. I just think of it as POISON to me and my system and that makes it very easy to pass up. Does anyone know about shampoos and creams affecting us? I wondered about the proteins in many products. Not to mention all the vitamins and supplements that have starch (not specified as wheat or corn) in them. I have million questions. Thanks Carole
