  1. Hello From Sw Washington

From Puyallup, there is a group in south king county, unfortunately I was never able to make it to a meeting. I am sure there is one somewhere closer to Ya'll. I personally would like to find one in the tacoma/puyallup area...
  2. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  3. That is too funny, not that you got glutened, but that i have been wondering what I have been eating that is making me feel this way... I had kix this morning, and was assuming that it was a cross contamination matter, and since i am not the only one who had this happen, i feel a little relieved, my friends were thinking i was crazy because they dont have gluten in them...they dont understand the cross contamination issue! will be trying the envirokids soon!
  4. Hi just recently moved back to Puyallup Washington, and well trying to stick to my diet, but finding it difficult. does anyone have any places of interest to eat, or things to try here in the great northwest? Also maybe thought it would be cool if to meet some people with celiac in the area, for a support group, new friendships and stuff like that.. Thanks Jodi Mills
  5. Okay so last night we decided to venture out to eat, it has been awhile, an i was feeling pretty good, I normally go to Red Robin, and have no problem at all. just talk to the waiter or waitress and never have a problem. so here goes, lasnt night we are at red robin, and after being seated for about 20 minutes the HOSTESS, not the waitress, comes and gets our drink order. i knew from that it was going to be a fun night. so after about another 15 minutes our waitress finally makes an appearance and gets our food order. I ordered the chicken parmesian with no BUN. and everyone else ordered. so about a 1/2 hour later maybe longer, our food gets brought out by a different waitress, (not the one who was waiting our table) and what do you know there is a BUN on my chicken, I told the waitress nicely that i cannot have it, and she says, Oh ill just take it off. so from that i knew i wouldnt be able to eat at all because even if it were sent back to the chef that is all that would happen. and i would have been cross contaminated. so as i am explaining that i do not want the food and that it needs to be taken off my bill our actual waitress comes and is told by the other lady that i dont want the sandwhich, and she says, "Why she ordered it with no BUTTER" HOW DO YOU GET NO BUTTER OUT OF NO BUN????????? anyhow needless to say my boyfriend also ate free, everything he ordered along with drinks and all, we did not get a bill. then the hostess came back and asked if i wanted fries or anything, and by then i was so upset i wasnt hungry, we didnt see our supposed waitress the rest of the night. The Hostess got the money tip, and the waitress got an invaluable tip that stated "Learn how to take an order" I know that was mean of me, but i was starving and didnt get to eat, so i came home and vegged out with some good ole UTZ potatoe chips.
  6. hey so i am sure you all have already done this, but i got the Pink Pajamas eyeshadow wet and it went on with the brightness I want!! its not that light pink like normal, its vibrant and shiny!!! anyhow i was excited!!
  7. Break Down

Hello everyone, sorry i havent been in a while, trying to get ahead in school, since we are going to begin our adventure soon. Imsohungry, The screen name is a nickname I have had since i was old enough to butcher My mom used to say hodi jo, and all i could say was bobo, so bobo became the nickname, which evolved into bobohead... Anyhow my friend introduced me to UTZ potato chips, and i fell in love!!!! they are so delicious, she is aware of the gluten-free lifestyle because she used to babysit someone with autism and they had him on a gluten-free diet. the sniffer is still working, I find that i sit in the bread aisle at wal mart it smells sooooo good. and that helps the cravings. back to the sinus thing, I am dealing with a sinus problem right now, mainly due to the change of weather, we went from below freezing to 60-70 degree weather over night, and my poor body just reacts bad when that happens...I hope everyone is doing wonderful!!!
  8. I like to go bright because it makes the blue in my eyes POP. but the subtle look isnt bad either...just makes the blue in my eyes look darker.
  9. A Theory Of Sorts

Until i went gluten free, I could out drink many people, and was often designated driver because i was the only one walking straight at the end of the night. (that was before my gluten free days) now that i am gluten free, i barely get maybe if i am lucky 2 drinks in me(not strong at all) and am pretty much out of the I mean new years eve is a perfect example, had 1 1/2 drinks, and that was it, i was sleeping before the ball even dropped...whoops.

  11. I feel the same way, I am not much of a natural look girl, I like the bright blues and pinks, purples and greens...but i did get a blue, and a pink, and they look pretty hott together.
  12. Hello, I am wondering if that is what my sisters old Pit bull had. Unfortuneatly he did also get a blood clot in his right hip. so I had to put him down, me and my sister could not afford the surgery to remove it. My sister was in Iraq serving our country when I had to put him down. He was the best dog I have ever known.
