I have gotten good service at the Outback Restaurants until the last visit and then it was my fault not theirs. I did order off of the gluten-free menu making the substitutions that I needed except for the salad. I told the waiter that I would like their signature blue cheese salad, I forgot to say make sure they do not put their Aussie Chips in it. Well, I took one bite and realized that I had just swallowed some chips. About 20 mins later I was doubled over in pain and I paid the price for the next two days. WOW! I guess that we need to be sure and tell the waitress after each thing that we order, that it needs to be gluten-free no matter which restaurant we go to for a meal.
