  9. Jeff, I too suffer from severe joint pain. The doctor's told me im B12 defficiant. So i go to get B12 shot's at the doc's every week to two. I used to get so tiared that after getting up in the morrning i would want to go back to sleep. I find that now when i get the shot's i feel so much better. Less tiared and i have more energy and not as many migrane's. Could you maybe lack in B12 as well??

  11. Yes! Ive had a severe reaction to Mc Donald's fry's. I live in Barrie ONTARIO CAN. and the other day thinking that their fry's were okay had the super size. 10 mins, which is the normal time I react to gluten was all it took after eating the fry's. I had a really bad migrane and was sick to the point where i was throughing up every hour. It took me 2 weeks to recover from that incident. Now ive heard good things and bad things on Mc Donalds and i guss it all depends on how everyone react's. Everyone is diffrent. I still do not know why I was so sick and I know it was the fry's on the account that's all i had to eat all day. I hear that they coat their fry's in TBHQ. Somthing we Celiac's cant have. I got that information from the U.S. web site. In Canada im not sure if it would be the same here. If anyone know's more about that let me know cuz i would love to hear about it! Danielle
  12. Lisa, Thank You so much! It sounds like there was a reson for being so sick. Im still feeling the effects Even tho I live In Canada i dont think there would be a big diffrence in the food process. So im pritty sure that what you mentioned is very much correct. I will definatly go to the Mc D's web site here in Canada just to double check. Thank you for the info! Danielle
  13. Like every one else who has posted. I too get severe migrane's that last a few days after ingesting gluten by mistake. I also get flu like symptoms that last 2 or 3 days. I have a question tho. Has anyone ever had a problem with eating Mc Donalds frys? Over the weekend i was at Mc D's and ate some fry's and within half an hour I had a really bad migrane. I also felt faint and the back of my neck went all tense. I was hugging the porcelain god for 7 hours. If it wasent coming out one end it was the other. I thought we could eat the fry's at Mc D's?? Anyone else had this problem?? Danielle
