  2. Hi there and good morning I was hoping someone could list a good majority of gluten intolerance/ celiac symptoms aside from digestive troubles. thanks in advance
  3. WOW thankyou all for such great eye opening advice I wil take all of it and put it in to action
  4. Hi there I am confussed I was told my son and I where not celeiac based on our blood test so we contiunue eatting gluten....however not feel any better and had been following a vegan lifestyle for over 2 years found out I was serverely deficient in protein not to say all vegans are of course but I was clearly not doinf it properly and eatting large amount of carbs...Hmm still feeling realy bad ND suggested I try eat right for your blood type which states for my blood type I eat NO gluten and few serving of grains a week if necessary, lots of greens, fruits and lean organic if possible animal protein. So I gave it a shot and wow with in a few days my energy was back my anxiety was disappearing my hair was shiney again and my sadness had lifted,,,so was it the gluten or the protein I think it was the two together...what do you think? so if my blood work says no celeic disease my ND say there are many false psoitives and she hates the test for that reason she beleives I am very gluten intolerant and recommends the entrolab test so we can see to what degree what does this all mean? can anyone help and why is gluten/celiac such a hard sell to people I find people kind of give you that oh brother look when you say gluten intolerant why? this board seem to be the only place along with my ND that takes it very seriously why does the outside world not? Sorry for so many questions but if it is making so many people ill with so many differnt symptoms why are so many people making my son and I feel like we are crazy....family included (husband and my mom are supportive) but extended family may I add italians who love their pasta...say i am starving my kids and myself and thatis why we are alwasy tired and ill...thanks for the support it seem like peopel are not interested in knowing more about this why??? again thanks for listing I am so frustrated with the way gluten intolerance/celiac is handled I really do beleive alot of poeple think it is all in our heads!!!!
  5. Thank you Ravenwoodglass your words are very comforting I go for my entrolab testing sat and am very excited to see what the results will be....hopefull another piece to this great journey I am on to the best health I can have....it feels great
  6. went through all this testing over the last 6months or so was told all was good so continued on gluten and continue to have other symptoms that keep leadingme back to gluten low b12, no calcium, iron, dark circles under eys, sore joints,UTI;s adrenaline rushes, dehydration I cannot seem to rid and out of now where oh and the newest one flutuating BP after all of this I am back looking for more answers I know it is somethig I am missing and I beleive it might be this....phew I am glad i have a place like this to find answers..
  7. Hi yes that is the name she gave me.... what would this test tell me exactilly sorry I am new to all of this and a little confused
  8. Hi there I am hoping to get some opinions from this board My NP/ND suggested a bowel test through a lab in the states that she feels is very compitent at picking up IGa proteins in your BM's I had my blood work celiac testing come back negative which she was not surprised as she feels there are many false negatives unless you are a bad case of celiac she said it will not pick up gluten issues.. Then i had an IGG blood test run and it too came back no issues with gluten foods and I am sure there is a problem so when I went to this new ND she ran a organ test on all grains at my request and you guessed it all stressers on my organ points,,,finally I am not crazy so that is when she suggested this poop analasys shall we call it because she said they can detect if the gluten protein is in your intestinla wall even though it is not being picked up via blood work... Has anyone heard of this test? would you recomend it? or have you had it done with good/bad results? thanks in advance for any advice it is very appreciated Hugs to all
  9. Hi there So now my 2 children have been diagnosed with gluten sensitivity my DD is not as bad as my DS yet!!! we finally figured it out after my poor DS broke out in this terrible itchy hivey like rash it was awful for him...then had the test doen adn bingo....but now what?? what on earth do I send them for lunch they already do not have dairy the schools are nut free and now no gluten I am so thrilled we now know but I want this to be as easy and fun for then as possible I do not want them to feel like there whole world has changed theya re still young 11 and 9 and are good eatters and open minded but I was up most of last night trying to figure out what the heck to send today...any other moms with advice would be so thankful and appreciated please help...
