  1. Hi Debra, Thank you for your information. Are the sam gae toung and galbi soup always made without soy sauce? Do you have high sensitivity to gluten? If you do and you are still able to enjoy those two dishes, it's good news for me, because I've been avoiding them due to the possibility of their containing soy sauce. Also, is there a way to tell if the seaweed paper is flavored with soy sauce or not? Hope to hear from you on this matter!
  2. Hello, thank you for your informative post. You mentioned seollongtang is OK without the noodles in. Is it common for sollongtang to be made without soy sauce? My assumption was that all soups in Korea are flavored with soy sauce, and I would like to think some aren't. I'm afraid to try until I hear from you! Thanks!
