  1. Hi Everyone! My husband and I are traveling to Nassau, Bahamas after Christmas. I was diagnosed with Celiac 1 1/2 months ago, so I am still learning about the "hidden" gluten, reading labels, etc. We are staying at the Sheraton resort, which does not have a personal kitchen. Does anyone have any recommendations of places to eat? What to carry with me? Can I eat the fresh fruit? Seafood? Thanks so much! Chrissy
  2. Hi! I was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease 4 weeks ago. Over that time, I have had several brands of gluten-free noodles. Last night, we ate at a restaurant that makes their own gluten-free noodles. EVERY time I have had pasta, I feel sick. Now, I have been eating gluten-free sauce with all of them. I am frustrated wondering WHAT is wrong...???? :( Any ideas? Thanks! Chrissy
