  1. I know that people have posted that most of their lipsticks are gluten-free. But Im still getting glutened so I personally am going through every single thing I come in contact with and researching it. I called and the woman on the other end said "If we use gluten as an ingredient, we have to put it on the label. It's the law. It says so right here on my computer."
  2. What's Up With My Symptoms Getting Worse?

I feel like I've checked everything very closely. It's feeling very discouraging.
  3. I have been gluten-free for about a month. Mentally Im feeling much better. In addition, no aches and pains and sleeping better. But my DH has become worse and my occasional mouth ulcers are here with a vengence. What the heck?
  4. Test Results..

Have you been gluten-free leading up to the biopsy?
  5. Rash Getting Worse?

Thanks flourgirl. I'm starting with a stem to stern cleaning of my kitchen tomorrow.
  6. Rash Getting Worse?

Thanks Belinda. I guess I just have to keep searching. Do you really think I should use my own cookware and utensils? I haven't made that leap yet.
  7. Rash Getting Worse?

Since going gluten-free, my DH seems to be getting worse rather than better. Normal?
  8. Dh And Scarring

Yes, my rashes are definitely scarring me.
  9. Thank you so much. I have a feeling there may be a Wegmans in LI.
  10. Alices Diner Fall River Ma

  11. Confused About Gluten Related Rash

Thanks so much for your reply. I hope it goes away...kinda miserable.
  12. Thank you everyone for your replies. I don't know how long threads stay around here but if it's still around, I'll post in a couple of weeks and let you know how it went. My in-laws are a bit sheltered. I think I'm the only person they know who has ever been allergic. To anything.
  13. Hi everyone! I'm new here and new (2.5 wks) to gluten-free. I'm having some anxiety. I've just gone gluten-free and it feels pretty manageable in my home because I have a lot of control. We are supposed to travel at the holidays to my in-laws in NY (we live in MA). I am really nervous about all this because 1) Im afraid of getting sick 2) Im just getting the hang of food and have still managed to gluten myself once. 3) I feel almost apologetic in going to someone elses I don't want them to have to make concessions on my behalf. 4) Celiac Disease, in general, just makes me feel so self-concious. You know? Like I stick out because I am eating something different. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips of what I could do to make this season a little more bearable? TIA.
  14. Hi everyone! This is my first post. I just recently went gluten-free and cannot believe the difference in how I feel. Seriously, I haven't felt well for like...20 years. Problem: For about two years I have had this persistent and itchy rash. I don't know if it's DH or not though as it only occurs on my upper arms, back, and under my chin and near my ears. It is SO itchy! It starts like a water blister and then erupts about a day or two later at which point it's painful. I wasn't sure if the rash was related to gluten but it has improved since going gluten-free. I got glutened on Tgiving and it has returned with a vengence. I don't get a ton of it but what I do get is itchy itchy and painful. Thoughts?
