  3. Of course it is! That one doesn't sound too familiar but I am sure it is worth renting.

  4. Welcom aboard! You are very fortunate to have a diagnosis so young! I suffered illness always, and have only found relief in the last couple of years. Anyway....I'm sure you do sometimes feel left out, and I'm glad you found some heroes to make it a little easier for yourself. Please feel free to contact at any time. I'm here for you.

  5. My fav was when she was on The X-Files but movies: High Fidelity, The Haunting (lol), but really anything she is in is a treat!

  6. i heard from my mom it had had wheat but when i looked at the wrapper on allegery info it says it may contain peanut and it says nothing about wheat so therefore its ok right??? im not sure every time i eat one i never get any symptoms, so its fine right??? help.
  7. Went To A Wedding....and I Was So Green With Envy...

i understand how you feel when i went to my cousins wedding i felt the same even though they made me a nice gluten free steak and i had a coke i had to watch everyone else get to devour delicious fancy adveres and wedding cake. they gave wedding cake to everyone including me! ugh it sucked. i just ate strawberries for desert. its not fair.
  8. Chili's Restaurant

thats awful! but i wouldn't blame chili's. i eat there alot cuz their food is soo good, i get gluten free ribs and a yummy gluten free non-croton salad, sometimes i have the rice. besides anywhere you go you run a risk of getting gluten, people in resturants are really busy and really dont have time or patience to make the food perfect for us. its sad but true. truthfully the best to go to outback for a gluten free meal, their food is spectacular. *drools*
  9. Mcdonalds Must Read

i eat mickey d's all the time. i read its gluten free but now people say there are wheat in their fries. im going go crazy i eat em all the time! well whatever i liked wendys better anyway. wendys: gltuten free fries gluten free burger(no bun) gluten free baked potato(MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM) gluten free frosty(yum yum)
  10. Bullied

thanks for sharing! im sorry for what happened to ur brother. that must be so hard for your brother, bullying is so awful. believe me i know and have anger and lots of negative emotions inside of me rfom the bullying. i have severe low self-eestem and an annoying feeling to please everyone. like the one kid i tried to commit suicide cuz of their lingering bullying words. ur worthless, ur pointless, ur ugly, ur a loser..blah blah for anyone whos been bullied it doesn't stop there, it haunts you forever.
  11. Sorry, I haven't used the comment section in years! I like Lili Taylor, too.

  12. i was a small little skinny freak in elementary school, i had celiac disease and didn't know it, i was under-developed in fact i wasn't growing at all. my hair was thin. so i was the perfect victim for these kids. they picked on me, they gossiped about me, told me basically i was worthless. i'd make friends then they found out i wasn't popular and leave me or stay with me and talk behind my back. i was probably the least popular kid in my entire school. years went by and it all stopped in 7th grade when i started to grow(i knew i had celiac). whoo i just felt like sharing it. anyone else wanna share a bullying experience? it does not have to be celiac releated but since this is the gluten-free forum i bet it is.
  13. Stories

in elementary school no one could figure out what was wrong with me, i was malnourised, super skinny(chicken legs), hair thin from falling out, i had pains and stomach acid but i still thought i was a normal child. i wasn't even on the charts for where i was supposed(in terms of growing) to be. i saw lots of doctors and tried lots of diets until finally my doctor decided to test me for celiac in 2005. it came up positive. a couple more tests and it was confirmed i had celiac disease. so i began staying my diet, being a little freak, and boom i was on the charts. growing for times i missed, im on tract now, no more stomach pain...i still look super young and still feel leftout but at least i know whats wrong with me.
  14. Love My Energy Drinks

thanks! do you know where i can buy it? can i find it in publix? whole foods perhaps?
  15. Birthday Partyy

i think you'll jsut have to accept that cake at parties is a luxury you're going have to live without. perhaps to make you feel better you can bring a candy bar or your own gluten free cake you made at home so you dont feel so left out. maybe you could ask her to serve some gluten free icecream at the party.
