I am wheat intolerant and i have been having trouble to sticking to my wheat diet.
I last for about a week and give up and eat tons of wheat food... then the next day i give it up the wheat for a week then i do it again.
My main symptom is bloating alot and it normally takes atleast week for it to fully go, and during the week it slowly goes down each day but ive been wheat free for about 5 days and past 3 days it went down in the morning but now im bloating after eating anything, what could this be?
Do you think it because Ive basically been doing a yoyo diet and have confused my body? Is this normal and will it go soon if im patient and if i make sure i stick to a wheat free diet for now on and don
