I thought I was alone - now I see I'm not! I've steadily gained weight since going gluten-free about 4 months ago. As a family half gluten-free and half not, we try to make meals at home as close to their natural states as possible. Sitting at my desk, however, is a completely different story. Snacks that are healthy, make me feel full (so I don't go back for more), and gluten-free...so much to ask?
Congratulations! Sounds like the new diet is truly helping your child.
My 7-yr old showed signs of improvement within a week and it has changed his life. Once your child's body can start getting rid of the gluten because you're not adding to it, he's going to show signs it's working.
Doesn't it feel good to finally find something that is helping your child and not increasing medication or doctor visits?
I'm new to adding a comment or question to this forum but have found it extremely helpful as I continue my research on gluten-free diet. My son and I are 2+ months gluten-free and it's changed our lives!
I'm wondering if anyone has any updates on any Archer Farms foods from SuperTarget. I'm finding I react when I eat anything from Archer Farms, but haven't been able to narrow it strictly to the AF brand or if something else had gluten. It would be nice to know if any of their items were off-limits or okay.
