  1. Thank you so much. I'm new and this is so helpful. I printed it out to keep in my purse.
  2. Occasional Insomnia

I had insomnia horribly when I ate and Amy's gluten free dairy free frozen dinner on sunday night. It was horrible. I tried everything. Then when I did finally fall asleep, I had horrible nightmares. Won't be eating Amy's anymore.
  3. The Tinkyada Brown Rice Spirals were wonderful and super easy! My husband loved them, too. I just got a gluten-free Marinara and gluten-free Sausage from Trader Joe's. Leftovers were ok, but freshly cooked is better. Already on my grocery list for next time!!!
  4. Great, I can't wait to try. I love salt and pepper, but I need a change.
  5. For Hair Products...Go to I've been using there stuff for over a year. It's 100% Gluten Free. And they have a great forum like this one.
  6. The Choc Chip Cookies are to die for!!! And soooo easy. We ate them last night. I rec'vd them from someone who works there, trying to get the word out. We live in So. Calif. But she thought they weren't officially coming out for a couple more months. Hopefully soon!! And I heard they had granola bars - but I didn't get a sample.
  7. Betty Crocker's items won't be on shelves for 2-3 more months. A friends wife work's there and gave me some samples yesterday. We live in SoCal and she has been handing out samples. They are trying to get the word out. I made the choc. chip cookies from a box and they were easy and wonderful!!! My husband had four and I had 1 1/2. And most importantly no sign of being glutened or cc. I hope they get them out soon.
  8. Gf Make-up

Hi! I'm new to the site and being Gluten Free. I've been using morrocco method hair products for more than a year, even before my Celiac diagnosis and their hair products are wonderful and GLUTEN FREE! Now my whole family uses the products, too. My hair has dramatically gotten fuller and shinier. Before starting it, it was horrible. Stringy, lifeless and dull. Go to their website Thank you everyone for all your honesty on these forums, it really helps this newbie during a difficult time. Some people just don't understand. Attempting to stay on the right track!!!
