  1. qdoba if you have a chain in your area your all set, you can also go to there website. they tell you what has wheat and what dosent.
  2. i live in east boston home of the best pizza NOT GLUTEN FREE santarpios, kelley's etc. so iv been looking for gluten free. thanx for the info

  4. awsome question i was just gonna post this. i bought some food thats gluten free but says shared on equipment that process wheat etc. i guess il finish it but now try an buy food from a source who striclky serves celiac disease. i bought some stuff from trader joes where they say they have good safety measures. but so far most of the products ive been finding all are shared on equipment.

  6. are there any body builders on here or people that work out often. if so what are some of the supplements you take proteins etc. i like to work out but havent been becuse of joint pain an fatigue. and im really not sure if protein is good to take now. i was just diagnosed yesterday so this is all new to me. thanx dave
  7. thanx for the input. i get major headaches joint pain fatigue and a list of others this has been going on for quite some time. for the longest time they couldnt figure it out, so if a couple of these go away or subdue il be one happy camper.
