  2. Okay so I eat tons of Honey Nut Chex (that is the Chex I like) and I just started eating Fruity Pebbles (and I can't find Berry Berry Kix as someone else mentioned earlier). Any other gluten free cereals you like? Thank so much as I really like cereal and eat often as a meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner). Blessings, Leah

My birthday is coming up in about two months and I am new to all of this - my husband and kids keep asking what white chocolate they can get me for my birthday (as they use to get me either Lindt truffles or Godiva). Is there any white chocolate that is safe? I know I read on the Lindt and Godiva websites that they are not gluten free so I am not sure what else to try. Also we found a gluten free cake mix - are most store bought icings gluten free? I am trying to be prepared as the kids want to be able to celebrate like usual (and I missed so much at Christmas due to not knowing what I could eat - I think they don't want to see me left out again).   5. For those of you who feel that your panic attacks/anxiety has gotten better on the gluten free diet, how long did it take to see an improvement. I have been on the gluten free diet about three weeks and haven't notice much change in my anxiety (maybe a little but not much). My doctor said "mental" issues can take months to see improvement in - things such as brain fog, headaches, anxiety/depression, etc. I had tests for celiac that were negative, but this doctor thinks with all my symptoms that I still could have an allergy and feels that I should give it a try. She said give a few months and I might notice changes - I also have bowel issues (lymphocytic colitis and IBS). She said after a couple months if I have gluten I will know because I will probably have a "reaction" to it. My panic/anxiety keeps me housebound and I have suffered for over 20 years so if this is the answer I would be so grateful!!! Thanks everyone. Blessings, Leah
  6. It is a "honey baked ham" not hickory baked ham - how silly of me. I found a link to their website that claimed it was gluten free. I only had two pieces since Sunday and it seemed to sit okay. I am so overwhelmed with all of this - I am so glad I found this website. You guys are great! Thank you! Blessings, Leah

  8. I am new to all of this - can you just eat the Quaker instant grits - looked on the ingredients and didn't see any of the malt, barley, wheat, etc. does that mean it's okay? Thank you! I am trying to learn!
