  4. My fault for not reading product origin, but I thought Starkissed canned salmon was a safe product of the U.S. west coast. The can read product of Thialand. This is a heads-up for everyone, read product origin because the labeling laws are diffrent outside the U.S. There were no allergy warning at all and nothing in the ingredients to indicate anything other than wholesome salmon. Is canned tuna safe?

  6. Mine have been eight to twelve hours, mild or severe, at the latest. I am guessing it all depends on the concentration of gluten your exposed to. Good luck and God Bless
  7. This has probably been ask many times before so please bare with me. How can you tell if you may have ran into some cross contamination or if food is moving through a damage portion of your small intestine irritating it to some extent. I am probably avoid food now that was safe but irritated a sore spot causing doubt on its safety. Thanks!
  8. I'm in recover mode and doing better but I noticed my skin on my arms are always dry now and a lot more hair collecting in the shower drain than usual. Is this a nutrition thing and if so what foods or suppliments do I need to include in my diet. I already take a multivitamin, a B complex, C, D3, E, Niacin, Fish Oil, calcium and acididophius. Thanks for any and all help!

  11. Has anyone had a non-gluten problem eating ruffage, lettus salids, while in the recovery mode? I didn't use any dressings just lettus, baby spinish and chopped ham. By evening time I was suffering pains in my lower right side. These were not like the pains I get after getting glutened. Any ideas, Thanks!

I don't always have time to prepair fresh vegetables, have tried a few canned vegies labeled "Naturally Gluten Free Food", and some frozen vegies and have experienced mild to moderate reactions to them. Does anyone know of any national brands of canned or frozen vegies that are safe? Are you allowed to give brand names or store names here?
  14. Some of the canned vegetables, Good Value Brand, have a statement on them, "Naturally Gluten-free Food". Is this just a play on words so that gluten testing is not required, i.e. gluten is not a naturally occuring part of this food. This tells you nothing about possibilities of cc.
  15. If condition is related to your gluten intollerance and if you remain gluten-free it will go away. You may have a seasonal alergy as well. Good luck!
