  1. Hi Tarni, I think you need to speak to Sue Shepherd. She has an office here in Adelaide, I think its rather new, and she has a colleague that works for her. Sue her self is based out of Melbourne I think... and she is extremely well known in the coeliac and fructose communities. Hope that helps. If you have Facebook perhaps search for some Aussie groups of coeliacs on there. I know there are a lot of groups and so more people in Adelaide will be able to give you their own personal advice. You could also contact the SA coeliac society who would definately be the best resource to speak to.
  2. Hi! It's so good to hear that you have found the cure for your problems! We are really lucky in Australia to have so many wonderful food products that look after our needs. Even cafes and restaurants are happy to provide gluten free options. My local pizza bar makes me gluten free pizza it's just great!!! Health food shops have a great range, Coles is really into it and the taste and selections of products are just getting better and better. There really isn't too much to worry about these days. I even got some delicious hot cross buns So glad to hear that you can now live your life feeling great!!!!

A site that I am a few of my friends with allergies use is its excellent for finding allergy friendly products. My favourite Gluten Free baked goods are from Lifestyle Bakery. . They are stocked Australia wide and I think their Chia Seed Loaf is the best gluten free bread on the market. Has anyone else tried it? Their Pizza Bases are really convenient and tasty too and I can't wait for their Hot Cross Buns! What is your favourite snack? I eat a lot of nuts to keep myself going. Peanuts are my faves!
