  1. I've been a diagnosed Celiac for 4 years now. I'm gluten free and have been very healthy for those four years. I'm 13 weeks pregnant and my gynecologist told me yesterday that most Celiacs have recurring symptoms when pregnant. Has anyone else experienced this? Nausea, constipation, diarrhea. This is the same way I felt while eating gluten. My diet has changed a bit. I am eating more in general and trying to get more calcium and protein which means more eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese which I usually don't eat. Any suggestions. thanks!
  2. Monolaurin

I was diagnoses with Fibro a few years ago and newly diagnosed as Celiac December 23rd. I have never taken what you mentioned but have taken something to get rid of the yeast build up in my body. I also have taken Anti-Yeast from the Fibro-Clinic. I went there many times for treatment. Was on tons of supplements, cortisol, hormone creams, thyroid meds. The most recent time that I went they put me on a diet consisting of mainly meat and veggies. This is the best that I ever felt in years. I stopped going to the clinic and now see a wonderful pcp who has diagnosed me with celiac through blood work and endoscopy. I am hoping that my aches and pains decrease after starting the gluten free diet. My symptoms started as a child..Hope this helps.
  3. Blood And Biopsy Results

I recently had the endoscopy done and had to go on a gluten challenge the week before it was a horrible week. I was sick almost everyday. I had only been gluten-free a month prior. I too have had tons of tests done since I was in my teens and could never come up with a solution. I also believe in what the others say. Stick to gluten free if that is what is making you feel better.
  4. Hello, I recently been diagnosed with Celiac on December 23rd. Blood test and Endoscopy. I see a nutritionalist next week and have been taking 50,000 units of Vitamin D per week. I went to Whole Foods the other day and found that most of the gluten free food that I got was not the most appetizing. Is it better just do avoid these gluten free products and stick to fruits, veggies, and meat for the first couple months. This is the first week gluten is out of my system. I drink Lactaid Milk and notice it is bothering my stomach this week. Is that normal? I usually didn't have an issue with it. Any suggestions for a newly diagnosed Celiac. thanks. Oh, and I am pretty sure I was born with this and I am 32 years old now.
