  1. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  2. 4 slices bacon 4 eggs 1 c. half & half 1 c. grated swiss cheese 2 c. broccoli florets 1/4 salt 1/8 garlic powder 1/8 lemon pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook bacon until crispy, set aside(once cooled down crumble it up). Beat eggs, milk and cheese. Stir in the broccoli, salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper. Stir in half of the crumbled bacon. Pour mixture into a 9' baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 mins or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Top with remaining crumbled bacon. Enjoy
  3. HI Walmarts Great Value lunch meat are all gluten free. States even on the packages. Your choice of Turkey, Roasted Turkey, Ham, Honey Ham etc Very good lunch meat. I myself eat this brand.
  4. I shop at Walmart. Their Great Value line of food will say weather they are gluten free or not. Very affordable.

  6. HI All Was wondering if anyone new about their dinners? I was looking at them today at the grocery store and they seem to label what has wheat and what does not. Question is, the ones that do not have wheat listed is in fact gluten free? Their website is not working I have picked out the ones that do not list wheat in their dinners: Mesquite Chicken BBque Apple Glazed Pork Medallions Roasted Chicken Beef Pot Roast
  7. Their GV Yogurt does say manufact in a fac that has wheat, that is why it does not say gluten-free on it. Put that as a warning. So people can take their own risk with it.

  9. Yes it is gluten-free, I called the head company of Qt months ago and asked. I drink the french van. Also did you know that Hy-vee now sells it also, in the cannister.
