  1. So Scared And Sad

    I have low blood pressure also, although it is much better now. I learnt to stay away from garlic, and cruciferous vegetables(cabbage, brocoli, bruss. sprouts, cauliflower) and espeacially fish oil. The headaches went away when I watched what I ate, and started to take a high quality food enzyme, to help digest my food. What did you try so far? Are you diagnosed as Celiac? If so, keep at your diet, and give it time.. Good luck Grissomz
  2. This Is More That Celiac!

    I had major digestion difficulties even after the gluten-free diet. I have Celiac, and I just decided that maybe the body doesn't want any grains at all(something some professionals are saying). All the symptoms went away. Potatoes are the only starch I eat. I tried rice again and the symptoms came back about a week later.. Grissomz

  4. Morning Sickness

    My wife took "Papaya" enzymes, that you can get a the health food store. They are very tasty, and help to digest and get rid of that feeling. Actually, they are recomended for celiacs when they have their meal.. Good luck..
  5. Rice Problems

    Even though I went on the gluten free diet 8 years ago, I never could get my weight back. I did get better, but still had major problems. Last year, I ended up in the hospital. I was severely underweight, and was in pain in the gut something awful. It seemed everytime I ate rice, I got the cramps. I decided to cut out all grains and just eat potatoes for starch.(against the speacialists advice). I signed myself out, luckily found a very high quality enzyme, and gained 50 pounds in 9 months. No more hyperhungry, no more cramps, and I eat my spuds every day. Boring foods, but I feel much better. Anyone relate to this?
