  2. Baking Eggs

Yesterday I tried making a tortilla with Chebe and it came out very good. I made me a bacon & eggs with hashbrowns breakfeast burrito.
  3. Store-Bought Bread?

When I was at Whole Foods they had Udi's bread out on the shelf with the other breads.
  4. For The Love Of Chebe!

I know this is an old post but I made some hot dog buns with this today and they were so good I wanted to share. I used mozzarella cheese in it and it gave it a nice mild flavor. I am going over to a friends this weekend for a bbq and I am defenitly going to be making some hamburger buns to take with me. Can't wait to try other things with chebe now.
  5. Egg Fried Rice

Can I sugest for a thai style fried rice we add chile paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce and garlic. Aroy Dee (taste very good)
  6. I haven't tried these yet but they sure do look good. Let me know if you try this one. flour tortillas
  7. So I made these tonight and I used 1/2 cup of the country crock butter instead of 1 stick of butter.. It was already soft so I just mixed everything together. It wasn't crumbly more like reg cookie dough, so yeah they did come out flat. I guess you have to use a stick of butter. They also stuck to my cookie sheet. Next time I will try a stick of butter and see if they come out more like they suspose to. They do taste good though.
  8. Please let us know what they say at corporate
  9. I know Rice A Roni is not gluten free but I was wondering if the seasoning packet for any of them is. I have made some before but it sure would be nice if I could use the seasoning packet with our own rice/pasta mix. Thanks
  10. I use to love to eat hot pockets for a quick lunch meal. Can you make those with Chebe? I'm kinda new to all this stuff, can anyone describe what the taste is like? Thanks
  11. I know this is an old post and I was just wondering if anyone has found a good bun that is light and good tasting like the gluten buns are? I know there has been a lot of improvements in gluten free stuff over the past few years so hopefully someone has come up with one since this was posted.
  12. We were watching the news from thailand today and they were talking about this machine. We are going there in November and who knows, might come home with one. Sure sounds interesting doesn't it.
  13. Thank you for information. It does help. I think I do have a sensitivity to gluten. I know I have had a few things with gluten in it (like soy sauce and oyster sauce we put in our fried rice) and I have been fine with that. I had the blood test done a year ago but I just got a copy of it the other day. I do feel much better since I have stopped eathing wheat products though so I think I will keep doing that. I did go gluten free for a week and then i went back to eating normal and after the 2nd night of eating gluten I started getting the runs and a fever and wound up going to emergency because I started getting the shakes really bad. They told me there that I had the stomach flu. I asked the doc if he thought this was because I went back to eating gluten and he said it wasn't because I had a fever. I still have my doubts. Anyway thank you again for the info. I have learned a lot hanging out here in this forum.
  14. I received my blood test today and I would like some help figuring it out. The doctor said I tested positive for it and I had an endoscopy and they said everything was normal. I started doing a gluten free diet about 1 1/2 months ago and I am feeling much better and I have even stopped taking prilosec for the heartburn I would always have. So anyway, here are the blood test results IGA,Serum, Celiac Disease reference range 81-463 results 467 Gliadin Antibody (IGA) reference range neg <11 equivocal 11-17 positive >17 results 14 TTG Antibody, IGA reference range neg <5 equivocal 5-8 positive >8 results <3 Well, thats it. I hope someone here can tell me what all this means Thank you
  15. I would have thought the corn chips would be gluten free but our waitress checked with the cook and they said only what was on the menu is gluten free and that wasn't on the menu.
