  1. You all have really good points! I guess your right, when some companies may just as quickly change the ingredients in the food. I'm going to buy it, just to see how it works, cause I really want to see what this book is like. I will let all of you know how it goes!
  2. I guess that could be a problem, forgetting to keep bringing the book with you, but I think I might buy it, just to experience it first hand. I'll let you know how it goes!
  3. Being diagnosed recently with gluten intolerance, I've been looking around in my library for some books on how to help me through this, but couldn't find any.. I was searching on the web and stumbled across this site that claims to be selling a book selling gluten free food? I found it here: http://www.myglutenfreesupermarketguide.com.au/ I actually read the reviews, and it sounds ok I guess, but I'm not sure. I was hoping that some of you might have heard of it before and tell me if it's good or not? I don't want to end up spending money on something trying to help me, and then it wouldn't work.. What do you think?
