  1. Baja Fresh

My daughter and wife both need to eat gluten-free. They went to the Baja Fresh Restaurant in Boise, Idaho (actually it's in Meridian, Idaho) and ordered a salad that was promised to be gluten-free by the manager. Prior to arriving at the store the manager was contacted and assured us that they had gluten-free options and took appropriate measures to prevent CC. The onsite visit was not as enjoyable. There was a wheat burrito placed on the supposedly gluten-free salad; the tortilla strips were determined to be fried in the same oil as other wheat-based products and we witnessed numerous CC issues occurring behind the counter. I have placed a call to the national Baja Fresh customer care line and have not heard back. We give this Baja Fresh experience an "F"
  2. My family and I are considering a permanent move from the United States to the Aramco facility in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Does anyone know of the availability of reliable gluten-free foods at grocery stores and restaurants in that area? Thanks
