  1. Mike did you ever find out if the fat burner was gluten-free?
  2. Breakfast - coffee & banana Lunch - fruit & piece of toast dinner- boneless skinless chicken (something about chicken with the bone in it has been making my family and I sick) and vegetables and salad also if you ever want to splurge foods by george gluten-free pizzas work well also
  3. I am one of those people who are VERY sensitive to gluten. My sisters and I can only test to 5 parts per million or less of gluten in food and finding flour is very very hard. Depending on what you want to make, Kinnikinnick seems to make me the least sick- with flours I've only used their pancake and cake mix ones but they do make me the least sick so if your looking for something I would recommend that brand and they're also pretty tasty
  4. I completely agree being gluten-free is the biggest pain in the ass, esp. when you just want to eat in a hurry and that is just never an option. Im sorry your having a rough time
  5. I've been living with Celiac disease for quite sometime and every person is different when it comes to sensitivity. I know people who can eat out and hardly get sick and then I will go and eat out and my symptoms will kick in immediately. The only problem is that if you are continuously ingesting gluten your intestines will never fully heal which results in vitamin deficiency. However, like the man above me did say it is hard to elimate gluten completely and like i said it does depend on how sensitive you are and you can usually figure that out by seeing how many parts per million of gluten are in the food you are eating - that may be difficult at a restaurant though.
  6. Celiac disease runs in my family, as I also have it and it definitely can trigger anxiety. I overly sensitive to gluten but when i ingest it i get HORRIBLE anxiety. It can also affect your mood and many other symptoms besides just the regular gi ones. So i know how you feel the anxiety factor but the only way to keep it under control is being gluten-free unfortunately. However, I go to to get my vitamins and they have a glycine powder that helps with anxiety and I have found that to help somewhat.
