  1. I've had this rash on and off for years. The last 9 months its getting worse and worse. I was gluten-free for a year ago for a year but life dumped on me and I went back to the dark side. I was okay for a while but now I'm flairing with this rash on my ankles feet and shins. Sometimes it's my hands also. I have scars.... It itches so uncontrollable that I scratch literally until I bleed. I finally found a dermatologist on my health plan and he told me that there is no rash with Celiac, and that it's never on the legs or feet. Mine is bilateral on my legs. I told the guy to go back to school and learn about this and left. So there is no one else on my plan, and and I'm still itchy. Today was my first full day gluten-free in a year or so. I forgot how hard it was!! My boyfriend went gluten-free with me also so I wasn't alone. He's wonderful. I'm trying to teach him about it. How do I post pictures so you can tell me what you think? The dr also told me he can't biopsy it unless the rash came and I didn't touch it. Yeah try and tell me not to scratch this thing.....
  2. Remember Me?

Thanks! I. Look back at my old posts and I see how truly miserable i was. Now the new symptoms baffle me.... Lol
  3. I everyone! So much has happened since I last posted. Got divorced, went back to gluten. No more GI symptoms, but DH now bad. Went to the dermatologist, and he told me there is no rash associated with celiac, so I knew he didn't know anything and left. So, back gluten free I go!!!!

  5. Karma Is A .....

Here is a big update...... We are almost done with our divorce..... He told me the "gluten drama" was the end. He found someone else, cheated on me, got caught, I kicked him out and filed for divorce. The new guy, it looks to me like he has some gluten issues. I went back to gluten in hopes to save my marraige. I know how great I feel without it.... But as a single mom of 3 in trying to figure out how to get back to it. My new man wants to go gluten free with me
  6. I am trying to find other members that share similar life as me. Sounds from your post you have children and a husband that can eat "normal" food. I am there with you. I am still trying to figure out this site but I tried to add you as a friend, if you don't mind that is.

  7. Newborn - Mother With Celiac

Ok, here is the certified lactation counselors' view :-) 1. Are you on any meds? 2. What kind of delivery (section/vaginal) 3. Can you feel yourself let down (tingle)? 4. Did you get engourged? 5. Do you own a pump? Could be dairy and eggs. Also look at the oj. Very acidy. I am nursing a 3 month old. I'm gluten-free and have been through my pregnancy. If I get to much cheese he's miserable. I feel your pain:-)

  13. I just started the prescription. O don't know why I didn't think about it, but I called the pharmacy tonight to see if it was gluten-free. The pharmacist told me it was a manufacture by the name of LEG. He said i would have to look it up to see if it's gluten-free. I can't find the manufacture anywhere. Anyone heard of them?
  14. And Another Diagnosis...

I steers therapy yesterday. She is the one who diagnosed it in one session. I started reading about it. The OCD diagnosis I believe wa wrong. I think it's add. I just want the brainy fog, follow through, and motivation to improve. Hopefully I can do it without meds. I seem to clear up on anti anxieties. The dr gave me a script for Prozac. Scared to death the take it.
  15. And Another Diagnosis...
