  1. Anger Rage

Oh yeah. When I was on gluten I was a very unpleasant and volatile person.
  2. I've had some problems with the supposedly gluten free Chex cereals myself and don't eat them anymore.
  3. I have always had good luck with Kroger brand food.
  4. Dangerous Driving

I know the feeling. It's a miracle I never killed anyone while driving back when I was eating gluten.
  5. Worked great for me and is how I discovered I have celiac.
  6. Fortunately I seem to be immune to poison ivy but for my brother all you have to do is say the words and he breaks out really bad. Funny how the immune system works.
  7. Lycopene, she did you a favor. The wife leaving me turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me.
  8. Every brand of lentils I have ever bought has had wheat grains in them. I make sure to check them thoroughly and have never had a problem with lentils.
  9. Should I Even Bother?

I went through a zillion doctors before I figured out was wrong with no help from them. My current doctor says that I know far more about Celiac than she does. She says that if certain foods make me sick don't eat them. If your diet works for you then stick with it.
  10. Cool! I just renewed my passport so Down Under here I come!
  11. Standing with the Man on the Silver Mountain

  12. Go out to dinner to a place that serves food that is naturally gluten free. Talk about the celiac but leave out the gross details. It will give you something to talk about and chicks dig that kind of thing as long as it doesn't get gross.
  13. I used to be morbidly obese and am now half the man, literally, that I used to be. Gluten free and low carb works for me but you mileage may vary. It can be done.
  14. A little paranoia in the beginning helps to keep you out of trouble. Once you get some knowledge and experience with the gluten-free lifestyle you will find it is not all that difficult.
  15. As bad as my brain fog was I would have to say that when we quit eating gluten our IQ does indeed rise exponentially.
