I recently (4 weeks ago) was diagnosed with Celiac and never had any pain or aches until I started a Gluten Free diet. For about 3 weeks now I have had what feels like side aches in the same area as the discomfort (bloating?) feeling I had before. I guess it's good to hear that this is not uncommon. From what I'm reading it sounds like it will go away...
