  1. New poster here, been diagnosed with coeliac for 6 years. Fit and healthy with no other known ills or ailments! I try to live a gluten-free lifestyle but sometimes (intentially or accidentally) I ingest gluton; within minutes I find myself coughing up small amounts of phlegm or feeling the need to cough and clear my chest - this usually lasts around ten minutes. I cannot relate this coughing to any particular type of food so suspect it is related to the gluton itself - my question is does anyone else experience this and is it a typical reaction? I've never had it before being diagnosed and it only started within the last year. Thanks
