  1. celiac3270 has given you good advice, and the only thing that i could add would be to question you as to the possibility, even a remote possibilty that poison is somehow getting in your food. this would cause you to complain to the drs. and they might operate, thinking it's something else, resulting in mis-diagnosing surgeries. this happened to my next door neighbor....................hope you get to the bottom of this and get back on the road to good health....................zarf...............................honolulu
  2. hi,........your dr. will probably do some tests to rule out arthritist etc,....sometimes joint pain can be triggered by something you have been eating,or drinking, or possibly living in damp or cold conditions. also, you mentioned calcium........................you need to know if it's high or low before you can correct it..............too much calcium can cause joint pain, plus many other problems........nightshades trigger artheritis, tomatoes, etc...........check them out for a complete list-NIGHTSHADES- they are powerfull triggers....good luck with this and please keep us posted.........zarf.................................hawaii
  3. have you tried cutting down on the amount of laundry detergent?.........i was having trouble with stuffy nose, itchy nose, puffy eyes, and generally some restriction breathing, and after reduceing the laundry detergent by about 30%, those symptoms dissapeared..........also, although it's difficult to do, check out the meds. ...... sometimes they are a gluten source thats well hidden............. ..zarf.................HI.................(hawaii)
  4. hi kelly,.............you will need to be alert and dilligent about eating there,as it looks to me that you'll be eating out a lot, which is always dangerous. one of the trickiest places to tell if gluten is a content is soy sauce............salt is a handy substiute in a pinch. ...............good traveling....zarf.......HI.
  5. hey mom, ....... nice to hear you have a good dr. ....they are hard to find. ...........one of my drs. says that my iron is ok, the other one says its low. do you know what the numbers should be? zarf (zarfstertugboat) HI.
