      I would say it is entirely possible to be vegetarian and have celiac and other food sensitivities. I am a vegan(no animal products) celiac, who does not eat soy, peanuts, and now even refined sugars. my body has helped me figure out what my body doesn't like to eat, and I've listened. There are many different ways to get a source of protein into your daily intake, through eating different combinations of grains, legumes, nuts & seeds, vegetables & fruit several times throughout the day. I would look up "complete proteins for vegetarians". there are so many combinations that even with avoiding some foods you should get plenty of protein.

      "skeeter Syndrome?"
      last year I found out I had dermatitis herpetiformis, and since then, my skin seems to be even more sensitive.

      now, when I get bit by a mosquito, and I do not immediately take the medicine or use the steroid cream prescribed for the dermatitis herpetiformis, I get a severe allergic reaction, known as "skeeter syndrome".

      these bites severely swell the entire area and are extremely painful, a deep pain that if bit on a joint can be incredibly hard to even move (ex, elbows, ankles, knees) the bite site is extremely hot and usually within 24 hours starts to bruise from the pressure of the swelling. this is all without even scratching the bite! this is a frustrating addition to my list of allergies, especially since I like the outdoors so darn much, and they only treatment seems to be "avoidance".
      has anyone else experienced this? what has helped you? I would like to avoid products containing deet, are there any natural bug repellents you've used that actually work?
      mosquitoes love me!!

      whoops my post got cut off. as i was saying, flour everywhere! that stuff can stay in the air for up to 24 hours. i would not order or trust anything from a restaurant that offered anything where wheat flour is used. it's just not safe, or worth my health. you can easily make a quick and safe pizza at home!

      reading these posts scared me! i'm a very cautious celiac. even though the pans and ingredients might be seperated from the contaminated ingredients, if it is a pizza place that makes their own wheat dough, there will be flour EVERYWHERE!
