  1. I was told when I called that because they out source some of the ingredients they couldn't say it was gluten-free. They did tell me the salt free version was gluten-free and even sent me a few small samples.
  2. I am not very familiar with the testing after diagnosis but my dr called today and said my levels for my TG were 2 and m Iga was 95, can anyone interpret this for me? I am asymptomatic celiac so I requested these tests to see if my levels had dropped and initially my tTg was 43 so I know that is a good sign but I am not sure how to interpret the Iga or what mine was initially. I think the 95 indicates I am still ingesting gluten??? Please advise. Thanks
  3. C-Section Due To Celiac?

I personally hae heard the exact opposite. i googled c section & celiac & the research shows a higher incidence of celiac WITH a c section because the baby doesn't pass through the natural flora of the mother. definitely research that before you so what that nurse told me to do

  9. Word Of Caution At Pf Changs

I don't understand why PF Changs has to use tofu with gluten/wheat in it...if they try so hard to offer gluten-free items why not switch over toGF soy sauce and gluten-free tofu and not worry about having to stock 2 items or worry if someone gets it by would also allow more items for people that already have a limited selection....just my opinion!
  10. is the caltrate d plus minerals gluten free? I called them and all they could tell me is they do not add gluten to their product. So is that a yes or a no to being gluten free???

  12. Publix premade chicken salad in the deli area is listed as gluten free on their "gluten-free Products List".
  13. i just bought some Publix Granola Bark and the ingredients don't list any Gluten and I don't get reactions from ingesting wheat or gluten but i am wondering if anyone knows if this granola bark is gluten free.....
  14. Meltdown!

ok....gotta ask, I thougth movie theatre popcorn was okay????? uh oh! What is in it?
  15. I have asymptomatic celiac....I have only been gluten-free since may 1, 2011 but I accidently bought and ate gluten cookies and have yet to have a reaction. I have had a positive blood test as well as a positive EGD with extensive damage but apparently my only symptoms are anemia and low protein levels.....You don't necessarily have to have symptoms but I know that the only certain test for is a biopsy, since you were neg on your bloodwork has your dr. decided not to do a biopsy? Good luck and I hope you ARE negative!!!
