  1. In response to your post wondering if sugar might be giving you issues, it actually could be something in the gluten-free products. I am 49, diagnosed in Sept. I found I could not eat xanthan gum which is in alot of gluten-free baked goods. I have been on a gluten-free diet since April and with healing I have been able to allow the gums back into my diet without an issue. Carrageenan and high fructose also gave me issues.

  5. Just diagnosed Celiac. Probably had this since childhood....but it really picked up since moving to stressful NYC. Ugh. Good to finally know, but have a multitude of sensitivities right now, plus hashimoto's (doc suspects), candida issues, etc. I'm a mess. Hope to not be soon.
