  1. I get the jumpy eye peripheral vision is bad
  2. Gluten Free Tennis Players

Sorry for the late answer, yes it has helped me plenty. My muscles used to be really tense from anxiety.
  3. Gluten Free Tennis Players

His fame is making us look bad, lol. Did you notice any improvements on the court after going gluten-free?
  4. Gluten Free Tennis Players

Right. Maybe he was joking about eating gluten?
  5. Gluten Free Tennis Players

I bet he goes 100% weeks before a Grand Slam and also he probably had gluten before he lost to Federer back in France
  6. Can It Be Mercury Toxicity?

I was told I had normal thyroid levels, maybe I should ask for a complete panel? I can't seem to put on any weight at all, perhaps hyperthyroid? I was wondering about mercury toxicity cause' I have braces + fillings and I heard mercury could inhibit the required enzymes to break down dairy and gluten. I have no celiac label and do feel a lot better on a Gluten free diet but I've been wondering about my derealization symptoms lately..maybe I should give myself more time
  7. Diagnosed Celiac Without Any Gi Symptoms

I know lots of people from India with celiac..any correlation?
  8. Hello people, I have been Gluten and dairy free for like a 3 weeks now. OK let's get to my question..I had many symptoms after having mononucleosis such as brain fog, weight/hair loss and anxiety BUT I had 2 or 3 days where I felt completely clear. Life was real again, things looked different, just like they used to. (probably the brain fog) So I thought..does this have to do with what I eat? Or is it possible to feel good once in a while when mercury poisoned? Perhaps other food intolerance I am not aware of?
  9. I love the topic's title. Just like many here, I had doctors prescribe me Paxil and Prozac for reasons I don't know. I was going crazy
  10. Probiotics

I had the same question, Google did not help me at all but gave me latin words actiofdsfijdsffilus instead.
  11. How do you figure everything out? I've been gluten-free for a little while now. I'm definitely better but I know I can be even better.
  12. Your story is so good, Steven Spielberg would make a very good movie out of it. I'm not even kidding. It would give us a chance to be heard! Anyways, I have learned a lot before going gluten-free, I was anxious, crazy, I rarely was the bubbly person I once was. Things changed but I have learned a lot. Just like you, I try to be kind and let go of things when people pick fight. I let that selfish person I used to be away. I used to be spiteful, not anymore.
  13. Eating Gluten Again

Why do you even wanna get tested? Do you really care about having a label, after being gluten-free for that long?
  14. I also take a digestive enzymes just to help my digestion. I take NOW's super enzymes.
  15. Weight Issues

    Eat often, it works wonderssss
