  5. More info about me: although I now believe that I have been gluten intolerant since I was a teenager, I was not diagnosed until November of 2011. I have experienced many of the myriad of symptoms that can (possibly) be attributed to Celiac disease over the years. I was never gravely ill, never as ill as some of the folks at the celiac.com forum have described. I am thankful for that.

  6. I get that twichy feeling in my lower abdomen too. It 'flutters' for a few minutes and then stops. I have never looked in the mirror to see if it was visible, will try that next time.
  7. Herb-ox brand states on the label "no gluten" and "no msg". chicken flavor and beef flavor, both labels make the claims.

  9. I have been working toward gluten-free and I am already experiencing sleep changes. I am not tired at my usual bedtime and stay up for another hour or later. Then I wake up at 4:30am and don't get back to sleep, despite trying to clear my mind and sleep more. On the positive side I do not feel as tired as I did when I was eating gluten at every meal. ...
